Jessica Mullins-Ta is a Senior Associate at Tidwell, Swaim & Associates P.C. Mrs. Mullins-Ta primarily handles corporate immigration matters, wherein she works with employers in a variety of industries, including telecommunications, aircraft seating manufacturing and design, oil and gas equipment and services, pharmaceutical software development, and also with many nationally recognized private and public universities. Mrs. Mullins-Ta represents both large and small companies in an array of immigration needs. She has handled a wide variety of non-immigrant employment matters for international companies, such as E and L visas, as well as matters for US companies in the form of H, TN, O, and P visas. Mrs. Mullins-Ta also represents employers of all sizes in obtaining permanent residence for their employees via labor certifications, National Interest Waivers, Multinational Manager and Executive petitions, and Outstanding Ability petitions as well. Mrs. Mullins-Ta also handles immigration matters for individuals including family-based permanent residence, spouse and fiancé visas to the US, international adoption, naturalization, and deportation proceedings.
Mrs. Mullins-Ta has represented clients in front of the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Department of Labor, the Department of State, Customs and Border Patrol, and in immigration proceedings in front of Immigration Judges. She has also worked with clients on Federal Court litigation, and has successfully served as co-counsel in matters before the Board of Alien Labor Certification Appeals.
